As of January 1, 2024, in line with European Union regulations, the maximum amounts for cash support awarded by Individual Government Decision within national jurisdiction are increasing.
Under the new rules, for investments, the total maximum support intensity can be granted up to a present value of 55 million euros, and beyond this, up to 110 million euros, the maximum support intensity within national jurisdiction, without EU approval, is 50%. This translates to a maximum support equivalent of 41.25 million euros under a 50% maximum support intensity.
There is also a favorable change for regional service centers, as now, they can qualify for EKD support with the creation of 25 new jobs instead of the previous requirement of 50.
