{"id":3513,"date":"2024-04-12T11:56:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-12T09:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibsh.hu\/?p=3513"},"modified":"2026-04-14T13:17:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T11:17:21","slug":"food-industry-new-funding-program-in-hungary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibsh.hu\/en\/food-industry-new-funding-program-in-hungary\/","title":{"rendered":"Development of Food industry \u2013 New funding program in Hungary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of the new funding program in Hungary up to <strong>HUF 5 billion in funding<\/strong> is available for food industry developments.<\/p><p>The draft call for the <strong>development of processing plants<\/strong> has been published, under which food industry companies may apply for up to <strong>HUF 5 billion<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This funding will be available across the entire territory of Hungary for both SMEs and large enterprises.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funding intensity<\/strong><\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manufacturing technology: max. 50% and up to HUF 1 billion<\/li>\n\n<li>Renewable energy production: max. 70% and up to HUF 1 billion<\/li>\n\n<li>Advance payment: max. 25%<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Development of processing plants<\/strong><\/h2><p>According to the plans, funding can be used for the following activities:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Development of food processing plants<\/li>\n\n<li>Development of wineries<\/li>\n\n<li>Development of feed production facilities<\/li>\n\n<li>Processing related to honey packaging, wool processing, hemp processing, manure processing, and other by-products connected to activities classified under TE\u00c1OR 10 or 11<\/li>\n\n<li>Activities aimed at reducing energy consumption<\/li>\n\n<li>Application of technologies utilizing renewable energy sources<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligible costs<\/strong><\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Purchase of real estate<\/li>\n\n<li>Site preparation<\/li>\n\n<li>Construction, development, and modernization of buildings and facilities<\/li>\n\n<li>Procurement of new machinery and equipment, acquisition of technologies, modernization of existing machinery and equipment<\/li>\n\n<li>Installation of renewable energy sources<\/li>\n\n<li>Freight transport vehicles<\/li>\n\n<li>Intangible assets, project preparation, and other general costs<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Deadline for the submission of the New funding program in Hungary<\/strong>:<strong> 25 June 2024<\/strong><\/p><p>Feel free to entrust us with the administration process \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/ibsh.hu\/kapcsolat\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ibsh.hu\/kapcsolat\/\">get in touch with us<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of the new funding program in Hungary up to HUF 5 billion in funding is available for food industry developments.
