Summary

The GINOP Plusz 3.2.5-24 program provides a targeted opportunity in 2026 for SMEs to improve working conditions, particularly by increasing occupational safety standards.

The high grant intensity (up to 100%), the HUF 500,000 – 20,000,000 funding range, and the 25% advance payment option make these developments financially predictable and attractive, provided that the project’s professional justification and implementation schedule align with the logic of the call.

If the company aims to increase workplace safety, reduce physical strain, or improve ergonomics, it is advisable to prepare the project in advance from both technical and financial perspectives, so that the application can be compiled quickly and accurately during the submission window.
