GINOP Plus: Up to HUF 100 Million Interest-Free Investment Loan for SMEs

A draft of the KKV Technology Plus Loan Program has been published under the GINOP Plus framework, outlining the conditions under which small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can apply for an interest-free investment loan.

According to the current plans, SMEs with at least 5 employees (excluding Budapest) can apply for an interest-free investment loan of at least HUF 10 million and up to HUF 100 million to support their business investments.

Eligible Expenses Covered by the GINOP Plus Loan

✅ Renewable electricity and/or heat production for own use (max. 30%) – including solar panels, wind energy systems, and heat pump installations. Acquisition of new tangible assets
✅ Renewable electricity and/or heat production for own use (max. 30%) – including solar panels, wind energy systems, and heat pump installations. Procurement of renewable energy production and utilization technologies
✅ Renewable electricity and/or heat production for own use (max. 30%) – including solar panels, wind energy systems, and heat pump installations. Engineering and consulting fees, training related to these investments
✅ Renewable electricity and/or heat production for own use (max. 30%) – including solar panels, wind energy systems, and heat pump installations. Costs of quality, environmental, and other management systems
✅ Renewable electricity and/or heat production for own use (max. 30%) – including solar panels, wind energy systems, and heat pump installations. Intangible assets related to the acquired equipment

The total budget for the KKV Technology Plus Loan Program is expected to be HUF 155 billion.
