Eligible Activities
The program provides support for the training programs of at least small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large enterprises, whether the training is delivered by an external party or organized internally within the corporate group.
The program covers a wide range of training types – the goal is to develop corporate competencies.
Subsidized training may include:
Professional and technical training
Digital and IT skills development
Management and soft skills training
Language training
Training programs must comply with the following requirements:
Each training course must be at least 16 hours in length. One training hour equals one working hour and must be a minimum of 45 minutes.
A maximum of 12 different training programs can be included per application. Trainings with the same content but launched in multiple groups (e.g., due to headcount limits) are considered one training.
• Trainings required solely to comply with national mandatory standards or those provided to employees of start-up investments already receiving regional investment aid, where the training is essential for launching and operating the investment, are not eligible.
Form and Extent of Subsidy
The cash grant rate depends on company size:
Small enterprises: 70% of eligible training costs, up to HUF 100 million
Medium enterprises: 60% of eligible training costs, up to HUF 100 million
Large enterprises: 50% of eligible training costs, up to HUF 150 million
Total available budget under this state aid scheme: HUF 70 billion. In the current call phase, HUF 15 billion is available.
Submission of Application
Applications may be submitted starting from March 5, 2025, and will be accepted until funds are exhausted, but no later than November 30, 2025.
Commitments
At least 3 employees must be trained for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and at least 8 employees for large enterprises.
The applicant must commit to employing at least 90% of the trained employees for a minimum of 180 days following the last day of their training.
Eligible Costs:
(a) Training service fees and instructor costs (including knowledge assessment, tutor/mentor/expert fees in case of distance learning, presenter fees)
(b) Travel and accommodation costs of trainers/examiners directly related to the training
(c) Organization and implementation costs of the training
(d) Proportional rental fees for training facilities and equipment (including utilities), postal and administrative costs
(e) Other justified training-related costs (e.g. exam fees, certification, textbooks, notes, materials, pre-training assessments, satisfaction surveys, depreciation, work/protective clothing, fitness exams, and mandatory vaccinations if required by the training)
Note:
Exam fees must be considered part of the training cost (per-hour rate) and must be accounted for with invoices.

Project duration
The training program must be completed within 12 months from the signing of the official grant contract.
