Up to HUF 5 Billion Available for Food Industry Developments
A draft of the Processing Plant Development Support Program has been published, offering food industry companies the opportunity to apply for up to HUF 5 billion in funding.
The grant will be available nationwide in Hungary for both SMEs and large enterprises.
Funding Rates:
✅ Manufacturing technology: up to 50% and HUF 1 billion
✅ Renewable energy production: up to 70% and HUF 1 billion
✅ Advance payment: up to 25%
Eligible Activities:
🔹 Development of food processing plants
🔹 Winery development
🔹 Feed production facility improvements
🔹 Processing of honey, wool, hemp, manure, and other by-products related to TEÁOR 10 or 11 classifications
🔹 Energy efficiency improvements
🔹 Implementation of renewable energy technologies

🏢 Purchase of real estate
📍 Site preparation
🏗 Construction, renovation, and modernization of buildings and facilities
🛠 Acquisition of new machines, equipment, and technologies, or modernization of existing ones
⚡ Installation of renewable energy systems
🚚 Commercial transport vehicles
💻 Intangible assets, project preparation, and general costs
