ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES
The program provides an opportunity to receive a subsidy for the training programs of medium-sized enterprises with at least 100 employees, as well as large enterprises. The subsidy may apply to both externally delivered training and internal training organized within a corporate group.
The program covers a wide range of training types – the goal is to develop corporate competencies.
Subsidized training may include:
Professional and technical training
Digital and IT skills development
Management and soft skills training
Language training
Form and Amount of the Subsidy
The training-related VIP Cash Grant is determined on a case-by-case basis and may cover up to 50% of eligible training costs. The maximum amount of subsidy that can be applied for is EUR 3 million.
Commitments
A minimum of 25 participants must take part in the training program
The program must generate at least EUR 250,000 in eligible costs
The training program may last for a maximum of 36 months
Eligible Costs:
Fees of trainers – compensation for external experts, instructors, and training institutions
Employee wage costs – during the training period
Material costs and rental fees related to the training program
Consulting fees for adult education experts
Other operating costs (e.g. travel, accommodation for foreign training or foreign trainers)
Project duration
The duration of training projects subsidized under the VIP Cash Grant may be up to 36 months.
