On November 14, 2025, at the JVSZ – Business Association Country Ride event in Szolnok, our managing director, Dr. Zsombor Tóth, represented our company at the professional roundtable discussion entitled "Development Resources and Efficiency Improvement". The event focused on the support and development opportunities that are of particular importance for the investments planned by Hungarian SMEs in the coming years.
During the conversation, several important issues were discussed, including:
- What is the current investment appetite of businesses, and what factors influence the launch of developments?
- What types of support do SMEs need most – including investment support, research and development support, and equipment procurement tenders?
- Which development trends will be decisive in the next 1–3 years, with particular regard to technological innovations and energy efficiency improvements?
- What can companies expect in the world of direct EU tenders, and how should they get started in this field?
- What were the most interesting SME development projects in the recent period, and what lessons can be learned from them?
During the discussion, we had the opportunity to exchange ideas with renowned experts such as Orsolya Kurucz (ATS Advisory), Bernadett Petri (KTM / MFOI), and Gábor Vicze, PhD (Innomine). The discussion was moderated by Balázs Dobos (Századvég).
Despite their different perspectives, the participants agreed that appropriately chosen development directions represent a significant competitive advantage in the long term.
