Since October 2020, under the VIP cash grant system, every company has been able to apply for cash grant for training programs implemented either internally or through an external training institution. The main condition is the creation of at least 25 new jobs or the completion of an investment worth €5 million.
Grant amount
- The grant can cover up to 50% of the training-related costs.
- It cannot exceed the equivalent of €5,000 per participant.
- For an entire training project, which may last up to 24 months, from 2024 the maximum aid amount is €3 million, up from the previous cap of €2 million.
